Dr. Gross did his Ophthalmology residency at the University of Minnesota and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, Minnesota Academy of Ophthalmology, and Hennepin Medical Society.
Dr. Gross enjoys the great outdoors, reading, and spending time with his family. He is dedicated to treating all of his patients with honesty, integrity, and compassion. He lives in Bloomington with his wife, three sons, and a corgi.

RHONDI S. MEIUSI, M.D.

Dr. Meiusi joined the Edina Eye Clinic in 1992. She received her medical degree from the Mayo Medical School graduating with an award from the Alpha Epsilon Iota Foundation. She completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of Minnesota receiving the Harry Plotke award for patient care and compassion. Dr. Meiusi practices comprehensive ophthalmology and provides general ophthalmic care but has a special interest in both cataract and IntraLase LASIK surgery. She is also routinely featured as a Top Doc in Mpls/St. Paul Magazine and Minnesota Monthly, most recently in January 2013. She served as the Medical Director of the Ophthalmology Section at Fairview Southdale Hospital from 2007 to 2013 and continues to serve as the Medical Director of Low Vision Services there.
Outside of work, Dr. Meiusi and her husband enjoy keeping up with their 4 daughters and golden doodle. In addition to skiing and other outdoor activities, she is also involved in volunteer activities within her church and community.

DONALD A. RISTAD, M.D. (Emeritus)

Dr. Ristad has been providing eye care to the Edina community for more than 20 years. He received his medical degree from the Mayo Medical School and also completed his ophthalmology residency at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine. His practice scope includes comprehensive eye care. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology, a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons and a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He has been selected as a Top Doc in Mpls/St. Paul Magazine on multiple occasions.
Dr. Ristad feels he is privileged to have developed a wonderful community of patient friends over the years. Dr. Ristad is married and his hobbies include bicycling, travel, music, gardening, and oil painting. Having two young dogs adds to the daily exercise activities.

MICHAEL S. ELLIOTT, M.D.

Dr. Elliott was born and raised in the Sooner state and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma. He attended medical school at OU as well, then completed his Ophthalmology residency at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Elliott is passionate about serving the comprehensive ophthalmology needs of Minnesotans. He has special interest in cataract, refractive, laser (LASIK & PRK), and glaucoma surgery.
Outside of work, in the summer you’ll find him on the golf course, the lake, and the pickleball court. In the winter, he enjoys downhill and Nordic skiing. He also loves to travel and spend time with friends and family and is active in men's ministries at his church.
